RETURN POLICY


FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

At HONNS we take great pride in our craft and each product is thoroughly inspected before shipping. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund.  Item(s) should be returned new, unused and with all HONNS packaging and tags still attached in its original condition.  Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested and the item(s) must be sent back to us within 28 days of receiving your order.

RECEIVING YOUR RMA

Please contact us by email at customercare@honns.com to make an RMA request.  Please indicate in the subject line your ORDER NUMBER located on the packing slip.  Please ship the item to the address listed below with a copy of the packing slip and we will process the refund.  Please note we only offer refunds and not exchanges.  Please allow minimum of 21 days for us to process the credit.
